The following students are members of the men’s tennis team and they will be absent on the following dates:

Dates and times they will need to be excused from class:

Thursday, Sep.16th, excuse @ 2:00 p.m.	
Friday, Sept. 17th, excuse all day

Each student is responsible for making arrangements in advance of the absence for any work missed.  The purpose of this memo is to inform you that these are officially sanctioned and valid college activities.

Coach will be pleased to respond to any questions regarding further validations of these students.  Thank you for your attention and cooperation in this matter.
